Buchungsbedingungen in Deutsch

Die Buchung ist Bindend so fern Sie nicht 48 Stunden (2 Tage) nach Buchung wieder rufen.

Vertragsparteien
Vertrag zwischen ihnen als Kunden genannt VP1, und www.Holidayhome-Profi.com genant VP2 sowie dem Hauseigentümer in Irland
genannt VP3.
VP2 tritt als Vermittler auf, Beanstandungen an der Unterkunft richten sie bitte in erster Linie an VP3.
Wenn diese keine Abhilfe schaffen kann, kontaktieren Sie bitte umgehend VP2.
VP2 wird dann umgehend alles unternehmen um Abhilfe zu schaffen, oder ihnen - wenn gewünscht - eine Ersatzunterkunft zu
beschaffen.
Bitte bedenken sie, dass in diesem Fall die Beweispflicht bei Ihnen liegt.
Eventuelle Mehrkosten kann VP2 nur im Rahmen der Vermittlungsgebühr übernehmen.

Anreise und Abreisetag ist im Normalfall immer Samstags, im der Nebensaison können Ausnahmen gemacht werden, muss aber
generell immer vom Hauseigentümer abgesegnet werden..

Stornierungsgebühren
Bis 60 Tage vor der Reise 40% des Mietpreises,
59 bis 31 Tage 60% des Mietpreises,
danach 100% des Mietpreises
Bei einer Buchung 6 Monate vor der Reise:
30 Tage nach der Buchung 20% des Mietpreises.

Nebenkosten
Strom und Heizung nach Verbrauch vor Ort bei Abreise zu zahlen.
Bei manchen Objekten sind die Kosten für Strom und Heizung im Preis enthalten, dieses gilt allerdings nur wenn es ausdrücklich auf der Buchungsbestätigung  ausgewiesen ist.
Ansonsten gilt Strom und Heizung nach Verbrauch vor Ort bei Abreise zu zahlen.

Flug-Buchungen oder Mietwagen
Keine Stornierung möglich.
Beanstandungen sind an die Airline bzw. an die Mietwagen-Firma zu richten.
VP2 kann keine Haftung für Verspätung, Ausfall oder sonstiges übernehmen.

Zahlung
Wenn nicht anders vereinbart Anzahlung von 35% sofort, denn Rest 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn.

Cancellation cost
Up to 60 days prior to starting the trip, 35% of the rental price;
From 59 to 31 days, 60% of the rental price;
beyond that, 100% of the rental price.
For bookings done 6 months prior to starting the trip:
30 days after booking, 20% of the rental price.

Extra charges
Normally, electricity and gas charges are to be paid after consumption.

VP2 is not responsible for delays, cancellations or others.

Payment
If not otherwise agreed, 35% down payment should be done immediately, final payment 45 days prior to the beginning of the rent.
